A Trip Down Memory Lane…Fulham (Part 2)
Last August, I took a trip to Fulham. It was the first time I had been to Fulham for many years and I specifically explored the Putney Bridge end of Fulham as that was where I used to live. This August, I returned to Fulham, with my friends Lesley and James, and this time we aimed to explore the Fulham Broadway area. Again a beautiful summer’s day, but my oh my, it has really changed around there…parts of it I didn’t recognise! Be warned…there are a lot of images in this post!

Fulham Broadway underground and immediate area:
Union Market (original entrance to the underground station) and top of Fulham Road
Jerdan Place…we stopped here and had refreshments at the Cafe Blue
Dawes Road and North End Road
The Cock Tavern…we had lunch here and ended up staying for 3 hours, we loved it so!
And then it was time to go home…and we walked into Chelsea fans arriving for a football match. It was a brilliant day…can’t wait to do Part 3, which should cover Parsons Green, the middle bit of Fulham.
